How many times has there been an issue with a product or service that required third party assistance, whether by email or telephone? What’s the symbol for infinity look like again? There are countless questions, difficulties and obstacles involved in pretty much EVERY product or service out there today, and when something goes wrong … will the company be there to help? Will they even answer their phones? This is the reality of business in the twenty first century.
In today’s posting, we will share with our readers the many facets of AudioAcrobat’s world-famous customer service, how inquiries can be submitted as well as a couple of comments from our current customer base.
“You are the Nordstrom of vendors I deal with in terms of customer service.” -Anonymous AA Member
The above quotation is just a tip of the iceberg when it comes to satisfied AudioAcrobat subscribers. Why would a member offer such a gleaming testimonial? Perhaps it has something to do with our response time … or perhaps attention to detail.
Any time a member reaches out to a company for assistance, this is the exact moment the employees of said company have the power to make or break the company’s reputation. Had we not immediately followed up on the support ticket the member submitted with a phone call, how soon might they have reached a resolution? Hours? Days? Weeks? Too long is the correct and only answer to the proposed question.
“You’ve already sold me by responding so fast. Now that’s customer service!!!!” -Anonymous AA Member
Quotations like the one above melt our hearts into little puddles on the floor beneath our desks. Why? Because we know that we’re doing our jobs correctly and giving our members the attention and information they desire. Had we taken the ‘mañana’ approach to this member’s support ticket, AudioAcrobat may or may not have gained another subscriber … but there’s no way to tell if a delayed reply would have sparked such enthusiasm in the potential member as an almost immediate reply assuredly did. Starting to see a pattern here?
