Where do most membership sites place useful and pertinent information for their subscribers? The same place that these subscribers arrive at each and every time they log into their account … the Home Page!
In today’s posting, we will take our readers through the many various tips, tricks and tutorials offered on the AudioAcrobat Member’s Home Page found immediately after logging in at AudioAcrobat.com.
Currently (2011-01-19), our members will see a menu of tabs such as the ones seen above once logged into their account. These tabs allow our members to navigate the different features/services provided within their accounts, such as: Audio, Video, Playlists, Guest Lines, Podcasts, AudioNotes, Support and Account.
Each of these tabs represent an entirely different way to record, broadcast and distribute audio and video via the web, along with technical support and account management features to make sure everything is going as planned.
Beneath the menu tabs, our members will find the famous lady with the megaphone and to her right, a scrolling ticker filled with useful information relating to plug-ins, resources and social networks. Links can be accessed from within by clicking and the ticker can be paused by mousing-over the scrolling text.
Below the friendly lady and her oversized megaphone, our members will find information about our built-in Affiliate Program and a short preface on how to get started using AudioAcrobat, which outlines the following three steps:
- Click on the blue tab, “Audio,” above to start recording.
- Or, click here: Create Audio
- Record your audio. Each personal audio message may be up to 60 minutes in length.
- Record any Conference Call or three-way connection up to 4 hours per call.
- You can record your audio a number of ways:
You can find Phone Access and PIN. Direct Dial into our AudioCenter with your phone.
Use the AudioAcrobat® Recorder and your PC microphone to record your audio online.
Upload a MP3, WAV or WMA file.
Have a recorded audio created by a professional voice artist.
You can publish your audio three different ways:
- Publish to Website or Blog (Place player code on your Web or Blog page to allow the players to be visible)
- Publish for Email (Send a streaming link to anyone on the Web)
- Publish Download Link (Send a MP3 file to anyone on the Web)
To find an audio, click on the blue tab “Audio” above and click on the link “Show Audios” to go the “My Audios” section. In the “My Audios” section, you can listen to any audio. Click on the audio title for any existing audio that you wish to publish or download to your computer.
Test your website to make sure the audio is working and sounding the way you like.
Bonus: Along the right side of the Member’s Home Page, our readers will discover quick links to our free training classes (live + pre-recorded downloads), content ideas and a form to leave customer feedback.
