Conclusion
In summary, it looks as though @Shelby likes to follow Twitter users and accounts of Shelby team members; as well as anyone deeply rooted in technology and/or holding titles such as founder, co-founder, entrepreneur, CEO and programmer. There is a slight bias towards users on the East Coast, but we imagine the rest of the list might show a more geographically diverse following.
