Do you have a Website or Blog? How about an HTML Newsletter? Perhaps you have placed a video somewhere else on the web and you’d like to remove the video frame or change the buttons? We can make that happen. Quickly.
While a lot of AudioAcrobat members are perfectly happy with the default player settings when publishing their video to the web, many will choose to further customize their players to blend in with (or stand out from) their surroundings.
In today’s posting we will show our readers exactly how they can magnificently modify their viral videos to provide for mucho monetization and tons of traffic. Or in short, how to get the job done right. Without spending all afternoon doing so.
Quick Steps:
1. Login to your AudioAcrobat account
2. Click the blue “Video” tab
3. Click the title of the Video you wish to publish
4. Click “Publish Video”
5. Click “Publish for Website”
Expanded Steps:
Login to your AudioAcrobat account
Click the blue “Video” tab
Click the title of the Video you wish to publish
Click “Publish Video”
Click “Publish for Website”
Depending on whether or not you’ve already specified the “Saved Settings” for your Video players, you will see “Publish for Website” or both “Publish for Website” and “Use Saved Settings”. If you are familiar with your “Saved Settings” and wish to use them in this case, feel free to go ahead and select, “Use Saved Settings“. If not, simply click, “Publish for Website.”
On the “Generating HTML Code” page, our readers will see “Player Style“, just beneath the preview of the selected video and player.
Here within is contained the “Layout Style” drop-down menu with (by default) the vp24: Full Feature Video Player selected.
Select a different player from the “Layout Style” drop-down menu to preview the other selections.
vp20: Simple Video Player with Popup Play
vp34: Full Feature Video Player with Popup controls
Note: The controls in the above (2) screenshots will only display when moused-over.
Players with popup buttons and controls are pretty cool, but what if someone wanted to remove the border around the player (making the video more ‘in-line’ with the page background)?
Here’s how, and it’s super-easy:
Set the “Show Video Frame” setting to “No” and click the “Preview” button at the bottom of the page.
Now the player should look a lot more like this:
That’s it! Well, almost … When satisfied with your player, click “Generate HTML Code“.
Here, our readers will be able to highlight and copy the HTML Code for their custom player. This code can be pasted anywhere HTML code (containing iFrames) is accepted, including Websites, Landing Pages, Blog Posts, HTML Newsletters, AudioNotes & more!
