In today’s posting, we will show you exactly how AudioAcrobat’s “Guest Lines” feature is like a voice mail system on steroids. Moreover, if you are looking to quickly and easily install a system that allows anyone in the world to leave their feedback or testimonial for you, your company, product or service … with an MP3 file auto-generated and waiting to be downloaded and edited or immediately published to your website, blog, email or social networks … you’ve come to the right place!
Quick Steps:
1. Login to your AudioAcrobat account
2. Click the blue “Guest Lines” tab
3. Click “Create New Guest Line”

Click “Create New Guest Line”
At this point, you’ll be prompted to enter a title for your Guest Line. This will be for internal use only, so make sure that if you have a lot of different applications for the Guest Lines feature, that you choose a title that will easily help you identify your Guest Line at a later time.
You will also want to select the amount of record time you wish to allow each caller (5, 20 or 60 minutes) and possibly enter a description with more detailed information.
Additionally, if you wish to be notified each time you receive a new recording in your Guest Line, you can enter an email address to which our system will send you a notification plus a link to listen to your new recording.
When you are satisfied with the information entered above, simply click the “Create new Guest Line” button to save your changes and acquire the call-in # and 4 digit extension. This number can be given out to anyone and everyone you’d like to have leave you feedback or a testimonial.
We’ve seen some users create hundreds of Guest Lines — one for each product or service they’d ever created or had their hands on, some who create one “general purpose” Guest Line for everything on their plate and some who even use it as a system of receiving spoken word or sung vocals for musical projects (mixtapes, a capppellas) or podcasts alike.
