Working in customer service and sales for a technology company usually brings about a lot of phone calls, emails, tweets and Facebook posts where people are either inquiring about specific topics or have experienced something that may not have been anticipated when using the technology. While this type of feedback is expected on a daily basis, I can’t describe how elated it makes us to see the unexpected appear out of the blue.
Since we began our transition from AT&T to our new, fully digital telephone service provider this January, there have been a couple issues our staff has worked to resolve as quickly as possible for our members. We knew that there would be hurdles to clear along our way, but what we didn’t expect was the overwhelming amount of kind, patient and understanding members who took the time to share their praise for AudioAcrobat, in lieu of any unexpected issues they came across along their way.
Personally, receiving this type of feedback from longtime and brand-new members alike makes up for any amount of stress integrating a new technology solution brings with it, and for this praise I am beyond grateful. In writing today’s post, I feel that this is one small way that I am able to give back to the members who rely on AudioAcrobat and the services we provide to grow their businesses each and every day.
Thank you to all who have stood by us through this transition and we’re looking forward to improving the tools and features you’ve come to know and love here at AudioAcrobat as we make our expansion throughout 2013 and beyond!
Below you’ll find just a handful of the positive messages we’ve received over the last several weeks with links back to where these words are published on AudioAcrobat.com and/or the originating twitter accounts.
