Once you have your equipment in check and your coaching session scheduled, you will need to acquire your AudioAcrobat Call-In # and 9-digit PIN. This information can be accessed at any time from within your account, as outlined by the steps below.
Quick Steps:
1. Log In to your AudioAcrobat account
2. Select Record a Phone Call from the drop-down menu

Log In to your AudioAcrobat account
Select Record a Phone Call from the drop-down menu
At this point you will be on the Record by Phone Page, where you will see your Phone Access # and PIN.
Hint: Write this information down on paper and keep it your wallet/purse. Take a screenshot or add it to your address book. Remember, this call-in # and PIN are unique to your account and will never change.
How Does It Work?
The process for recording coaching sessions using AudioAcrobat is quite simple.
1. Get your caller on the line (you call them, they call you; either way).
2. Press the Flash / Call Waiting key on your phone (Add Call on iPhone).
3. Enter your AudioAcrobat Call-In Number. When prompted, enter your 9-digit PIN followed by the # key.
4. Select option 3 for Conference Call or Interview Recording.
5. When prompted, press the Flash / Call Waiting key on your phone (Merge Calls on iPhone)
When finished, either hangup or press the Flash / Call Waiting key to disconnect AudioAcrobat. Log in to your account at AudioAcrobat.com (Mac + PC compatible) and click Audio (L) to access your recording (MP3 format).
