Shockwave Flash Crashes in Chrome for Mac or PC

If you are a Chrome for Mac OS user, chances are that you’re working your way through a seemingly never-ending battle with an onslaught of Adobe (Shockwave) Flash updates, many of which have seemed to cause unnecessary slow-downs, crashes and eventually (pardon our scientific terminology) the urge to rip out each and every single hair from your skull.

With Chrome’s recent overtaking of Firefox as the #2 browser used worldwide, and Chrome 15’s recent conquering of IE 8 for the most-used individual browser worldwide, it is interesting to watch as the battle between Internet Explorer (IE), Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Opera and other browsers moves forward into 2012.
