The #FollowFriday Series highlights today’s up-and-coming, active and all-around noteworthy Twitter accounts the AudioAcrobat staff deems worthy of following; while at the same time peering deeper into the soul(-cial media) of each account and providing a brief-yet-informative analysis.
Welcome back for the forty-third #FollowFriday tweet / WordPress mashup of 2012 here on the AudioAcrobat Weblog!
If you are a self-hosted WordPress (.org) user, chances are that you’ve already taken the plunge into the world of plugins. If not, then perhaps this will be the straw that got the camel interested in developing their website or blog! For those who are familiar with WordPress plugins, we’d like to state for the record that this week’s feature is one that will have you coming back for more…plugins!
In today’s post, we will dive deeper into the tweets of Lawrence, KS-based freelance web developer, Pippin Williamson (@pippinsplugins) and the Twitter accounts he has chosen to follow … a mirror, if you will, into the soul(-cial media) of an expert WordPress developer who makes learning about coding FUN, both for experts and non-techies alike!
Yep. That’s right, we just said it … “soulcial media”. We also said, “an expert WordPress developer who makes learning about coding FUN, both for experts and non-techies alike” in the same sentence.

More about Pippin’s Plugins
Pippin’s Plugins is managed by Pippin Williamson, a Freelance web developer that has an unhealthy love for coffee and WordPress.
This site has come about in part as a way for me to focus all of my custom WordPress plugin work in one location, but mainly as a resource that I hope will help to fill the gap in WordPress plugin development documentation. There are countless websites out there that post daily, weekly, or monthly tutorials and tips on WordPress development, but not a single one that focuses purely on Plugins.
So my goal with this website is to provide a resource for all levels of plugin development. I post daily tips and tricks, as well as weekly plugins for free downloads. On occasion, I also make posts about my premium plugins available at CodeCanyon.net.
WordPress is my passion, and I am constantly striving to make myself better, and hopefully, help out a few people along the way.
If you would like to get in touch with me and ask about WordPress plugins, development ideas, or anything else, please do so via my Contact Page.
